Hochiki Asia Pacific - Team Bonding @ Montigo Resorts Batam 2025

In February, our team at Hochiki Asia Pacific headed over to Montigo Resorts in Batam for a 2D1N Team Bonding Retreat. Despite not having a full attendance, we still had a fantastic time participating in competitive activities and bonding over dinner with fireworks.

 

During this retreat, several team members experienced their first Hochiki team bonding. The team bonding games we played encouraged everyone from different departments to work together to solve and complete the challenges.

 

Although it was a short trip, it provided opportunities for open communication, allowing us to build an understanding of each other outside our work environment.
